See, if you’ve got a class where these rules applied, then those other rules would never need to be stated….they would all just happen automatically.
I never let my students throw things in my class. I never allowed them to talk out of turn or to talk over others, whether it was me or other students. I never allowed Cheating, or Hitting, or Bullying, or any of that crap.
But the point here is that if you as their Leader simply stay focused on the Mission, in this case the Learning (Instruction), then the other stuff will just kinda happen anyway.
Respect will get you everywhere….and we ALL deserve to be treated with it.
Have I gotten your attention yet?
…..or do I have to put a gun to your head?
Learning is HARD…….it’s SUPPOSED to be HARD…….and that SHOULD BE the REASON why you do it!
If it HURTS YOUR FEELINGS to be CHALLENGED in life, then YOU ARE A LOSER!
People who stop learning new things aren’t just Losers….they’re COWARDS……..they are AFRAID to PUT IN THE WORK. To do what it TAKES……to ADAPT TO CHANGE.
If you are NOT LEARNING, then you MIGHT AS WELL be DEAD!
Because you’re just TAKING UP SPACE and making life HURT for EVERYONE ELSE!
So….Evolve……………….or FUCKING DIE Already!
